This was very helpful for me, and I can now confirm it's basically 100% accurate. (2.) He communicated clearly, and promptly through e-mail about any questions I had, and kept the confirmed date of surgery, even though he had a bad accident himself two weeks before the date - very high professionalism. (3.) Upon my arrival, we consulted everything about the surgery, and he made another photoshop simulation. After I had technical difficulties with the payment, he was comforting and didn't rush me, even though we were behind schedule because of that. (4.) The surgery itself was as pleasant as it could have been - he was playing upbeat, soothing music through the radio, and communicated each step of the surgery. Here I have to mention his lovely assistant, who is also his secretary. She was also very kind, and professional - thank you. After the surgery, we messaged through whatsapp, and he inquired about my condition one week later (5.)
