Honestly, words can't express my gratitude to the doctor and his entire team for the incredibly kind and empathetic treatment I received from the very beginning. I went to him because one of my breast implants had ruptured, and I had an infection and fluid buildup. After visiting another surgeon (who was only concerned with aesthetics), I decided to see Darnell because I read a review that mentioned he was very compassionate (and I can confirm that 100%!). From the moment I walked into his office and explained my situation, he was completely dedicated to me, showing me that he cared about my health and empathized with the fear I was feeling. During that first appointment, he asked one of his assistants to take me to gynecology and request that the fluid be analyzed urgently. In subsequent appointments, he listened attentively to understand what results I expected from the surgery and was very honest in explaining the specific pros and cons in my case. We scheduled the surgery two weeks after the first consultation, and although I was a little nervous, the doctor's confidence and cheerful demeanor really helped me feel prepared that day. Everything went perfectly; now I'm having post-operative care and follow-up appointments. I wanted to share my experience because, just as he helped me schedule my first consultation when I was feeling scared and uncertain, I think he can help others too. From the bottom of my heart, I thank the entire team for the incredibly kind treatment I've received, the receptionists who are always smiling and explaining everything, the doctor's assistant who is so lovely and always kind to me, and especially Dr. Darnell—thank you, thank you, thank you for being such an exceptional person and professional!
