Dr. Ahmad Saad from IMAGN INSTITUTE performed a deep plane face and neck lift on me in August 2025. He did an exceptional job, and I am thrilled with the results. I am in my mid-sixties and have always had a weak neckline. After losing a lot of weight, my face and neck skin sagged. For a decade, I researched facelifts and consulted with highly regarded plastic surgeons in the USA, all of whom said that because of the anatomy of my neckline from my chin to my neck, it would never turn out perfectly. Then I consulted with Dr. Saad, a U.S. Board-certified plastic surgeon now living and practicing in Barcelona, Spain. I selected him after reading his impressive credentials and experience, reviewing his after-photos, and having a consultation. What I liked about Dr. Saad was that he didn't want to add unnecessary procedures or implants. He assured me he could give me a great neckline and a natural look. He was also very kind, personable, and attentive, and made me feel at ease. He spoke American English in addition to Spanish, was always reachable if needed, and his staff was very welcoming and professional. His clinic is located in the Eixample neighborhood in Barcelona, and I liked that I spent a night at the hospital rather than going home the day of surgery. The results speak for themselves as to his skill. Recovery was not painful, and the scars are hidden behind my ears. I now look ten years younger, and I highly recommend him to everyone considering plastic surgery.
