When I booked the appointment, I specifically asked if it would be possible to be seen at that specific time, as I had another commitment afterward. I found it quite unprofessional to still be waiting 45 minutes after my scheduled time, with no clear indication of when I would be seen. When I informed the secretary that I couldn’t stay longer due to my other appointment, I was told that timing in aesthetic medicine cannot be guaranteed. Appointments should be scheduled with realistic time estimates, including a buffer for potential delays, or, if the schedule is running significantly behind, clients should be offered an alternative time that is more feasible.
