They barely speak English, not as they advertised at all.
They kept rising the price with my 3 shots of HPV vaccine without reason or advance notice.
And they forgot to arrange the appointment for the 3rd shot till I reminded them myself.
And they asked me on spot for extra 20euros for the vaccine injection without advance notice, even that fee is covered by my insurance. After my explanation, they let me wait in the waiting room, then after 20-30mins’ waiting, they let me to get in the doctor’s room. But when I sat in front of the doctor, the doctor told me he wouldn’t shot it for me until I paid that 20euros! I can’t believe it’s from a doctor’s mouth! It’s totally wasting my time, just like a ‘robbery’.
They also didn’t inform me my health check results after 4 months, until I contacted with them.
The way they treated me a foreigner was very unprofessional. The service was very bad.
I would never ever go back there again.
