Dra. Beltrán is one of the most impressive professionals I’ve ever met, in any field, period. Her level of knowledge and experience, combined with her ability to apply them in a highly personalized way to each individual case, as well as her passion for her work and her obvious concern for the overall wellbeing of each patient, is amazing. And the team she has built is made up of kind, competent experts who embody the same philosophy and worth ethic. Trusting the care of your face or body to someone is a big deal, but in this case, you can do it knowing that you're in great hands. (I brought my mother to see her as well, and she feels the same.) And the prices are very reasonable, too. I’ve visited other clinics that charge a lot more, and deliver a lot less.

The staff are all super friendly. As the working atmosphere seems to be pleasant for everyone and they are well attuned to each other, a pleasant atmosphere is created. The contact and exchange with the reception for appointments is super uncomplicated. Overall, they are easy to reach, very attentive and respond to individual requests. (Beatriz also gave me a recommendation once when I had problems with my leg, which I find very kind.)

Dr Beatrice and team are the best team. When I moved here from Singapore, I was a looking for a reputable and skilled Dr that could help me with treatments for anti aging and maintenance. I want to thank the team as I have received wonderful results with the treatments Dr Beatriz proposed! I also love the hydrafacials and laser there! A lot of great products at reasonable price. Your skin glows after these treatments!

Poor Experience! I had a very disappointing and distressing experience at this clinic. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I was left waiting for over 40 minutes without any communication or explanation. When I raised my concerns, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. In total, I left almost two hours after my scheduled appointment, for a visit that should have taken half that time. The consultation itself felt rushed. The doctor left immediately after administering the injections, leaving an assistant who, due to a language barrier, was unable to clearly explain the post-treatment instructions when I asked. The treatment did not address my concerns. Following the procedure, I noticed uneven wrinkles across my forehead, persistence of the wrinkles I had specifically sought treatment for, and new facial asymmetry affecting one eye, an issue I had not experienced prior to the treatment. I shared photographic evidence with the clinic to illustrate these changes. However, they maintained that the procedure had been carried out correctly, which I felt disregarded the visible impact on my appearance, expression and wellbeing. I feel that my concerns have not been properly addressed, with little sense of accountability or responsibility shown by the clinic. I consider the inadequacy of the treatment and the absence of basic patient care to be unacceptable. I intend to formally escalate this matter through the appropriate channels. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly caution others against attending this clinic.
