I had a mommy makeover surgery with Dr sarriá in January & am amazed by the results. Even better than I could have imagined. He and his team have been incredible through this entire experience. I consulted with so many doctors and immediately felt a different comfort & confidence in Dr Sarriá upon meeting him. Also he speaks perfect English. 10/10. Highly recommend. My experience with Dr. Sarriá has been simply impeccable. His exceptional professionalism, along with the clarity and precision of his explanations, inspires absolute confidence from the very first moment. The entire process has been meticulously managed, down to the smallest detail, by an attentive, efficient, and fully patient-focused team, which provides great peace of mind. As for the results of the gynecomastia surgery, they have far exceeded my expectations: excellent progress, minimal swelling, and a very favorable recovery. Honestly, had I known about this level of quality and results earlier, I would have made the decision much sooner. My sincerest thanks to Dr. Sarriá and his entire team. A true leader in his field.

My experience with this clinic has been very negative and has led me to completely lose confidence in the team and the management of the process. During the preparation for my procedure, I perceived constant pressure and insistence regarding payments, and on numerous occasions, I had to personally follow up on organizational and coordination aspects to obtain information. The attention I received from the administrative staff was also unsatisfactory. In particular, the secretary's service was neither friendly nor approachable, and on several occasions, I felt that my doubts and concerns were not being addressed with the consideration I expected as a patient. This situation led to a significant loss of confidence, so I decided to cancel the procedure before it took place. The lack of professionalism was overwhelming. After the cancellation, I was informed that the €1,000 deposit would not be refunded. What surprised me most was that I never signed any document expressly agreeing to a clause forfeiting this amount. Furthermore, the cancellation policy document was sent to me later, after the dispute over the refund had arisen. Despite repeatedly requesting a detailed breakdown of expenses and supporting documentation for the costs that, according to the clinic, justified the €1,000 withholding, I believe I did not receive the specific information I was requesting. Therefore, my experience as a patient has been very unsatisfactory, and I have decided to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency to have the case reviewed. I am sharing this opinion based on my personal experience so that others can have all the information before making a decision.
