I was very nervous before my first appointment but was treated very nice and professional from the whole team of dorsia since the first moment. The clinic is very fast in responding and with almost no waiting time during appointments. I'm very basic speaking in Spanish However my surgeon speaks also English, which took away a little more my nervousness. Now it's been 2 weeks past my surgery and I am very happy with the result and the follow-up with my surgeon. I would recommend this clinic as I have had a good experience with them.

I really like the center and the professionalism of the team. I joined newly Dorsia Prime and have been followed up by Carmen and Victoria, so far everything is great! Also, I totally recommend the offers of Dorsia, very motivational for women to continuously take care of themselves.

I had a minor facial procedure done which left my face extremely swollen - beyond recognition. Absolutely ridiculous. I went to a different doctor who wouldn’t even believe that it was cause by such a minor procedure. The clinic will also treat you very nicely and will be responsive UNTIL they get paid. Then good luck getting in touch. I had to follow up so many times for a single check up after the procedure and could NEVER get an answer - until they blocked me without even responding. Avoid at absolutely all costs.

My experience with the Dorsia Clinic in Carrer de Mallorca couldnt be more disappointing. Since the assistants do not speak english I was "lucky" to speak with a doctor directly. The recommendation was to apply baby botox treatment which should help remove my wrinkles for 1 year. When I came to the clinic to do the treatment a second doctor informed me that baby botox will not have the effect that I was looking for. He recommended a regular botox treatment instead and informed me that no botox treatment is able to last for 1 year so I started to ask more questions. Unfortunately my fear that this Dorsia clinic might not be a good choice got confirmed when I asked the doctor about the risks of the regular treatment. According to him Botox is the most safe treatment in the world and there is absolutely no risk coming with it. After receiving this bad consultation and wrong information in the clinic I decided to cancel the treatment and ask for a money refund since I needed to do a payment in advance to get the appointment. After more than two months I still did not receive my money back and Dorsia doesnt even reply to my messages anymore.
