had a consultation appointment scheduled at 4:00 PM. By 4:30 PM I still hadn’t been seen, so I asked the staff for an update. Only then was I told that the doctor was running late and might arrive around 5:30 PM. This was never communicated in advance, which I find very unprofessional — especially for a plastic surgery clinic where trust and organization are essential. When I asked to reschedule instead of waiting that long, I was told “we will call you,” without offering a new appointment or clear solution. The lack of communication and respect for my time left a very poor first impression. Regardless of the surgeon’s skills, the patient experience and basic professionalis were disappointing.
