Absolutely perfect experience! The receptionist was really warm and accommodating receiving me in the office and with scheduling appointments. The doctors explained everything to me with a lot of patience, made recommendations according to what I wanted and my lifestyle. They are really respectful and were always available to answer questions. In the consultations and following the surgery, the doctors were empathetic and made me feel very comfortable. Recovery was a lot easier than I had anticipated and the result was even better than I hoped. Can't recommend APS enough. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Rivas!

I had an exceptional experience at the APS clinic. Dr. González and his team were absolutely wonderful. Their politeness, kindness, and attentiveness made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my visit. From the warm greeting I received from Alexandra in reception, to Dr González’s medical expertise and invaluable aftercare advice, I was made to feel totally at ease. From the start it was both welcoming, efficient and so very different from a previous bad experience in Barcelona city. Reception staff were multi-lingual and excellent first impress so vital (not like others that pretended to be, which creates frustration for service users), very efficient and professional about all arrangements. Dr Gonzalez took time to explain and illustrate the health issues and what was required and how they would be tackled and time period. I now trust these staff and this hospital and have told my health insurance that. Follow up and review service is second to none. Communication is key: language issues do not prevent effective communication, only means all need to try harder! These staff do......and my Spanish is improving too!

My experience with Dr. Jesús G. was excellent. He completely exceeded all my expectations. I'm so happy with the results and the entire process. Furthermore, the treatment I received from the whole team, especially Ale, was incredible: I always felt supported, calm, and safe. I definitely recommend them 100%! ✨

Before the surgery, I was very scared and nervous; I thought the rib remodeling would be very painful… but it didn't hurt at all!
