I recently visited Dr. Lina Drąsutytė, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. The doctor was professional, attentive, and truly took the time to understand my concerns. Every step of the examination and treatment plan was explained clearly, which made me feel informed and confident. What impressed me most was the doctor’s combination of expertise and genuine warmth. They didn’t rush, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. The results have been fantastic — I can already see a noticeable improvement, and I finally feel hopeful about my skin again. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lina Drąsutytėto anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring dermatologist. Truly a 5-star experience.

I discovered Agne and her facial treatments at Sapiegos klinika a couple of years ago, and my skin has been feeling great ever since. She's not just a pro at what she does – she's a caring and attentive soul, always going the extra mile to make each procedure both effective and pleasant. I've also recently experienced her kobido massages, and all I can say is that I've already booked appointments for upcoming months. Thank you and please keep on doing what you're doing!

A copy paste clinic like a hundred others in this part of Europe, but subpar quality and prices not equal to the quality of the service you pay for. It’s odd paying 149€ for a dermatologist who is unwilling to help (or should I say work) at all. We had to fight to get suggestions on which blood tests to do. We had to fight to get suggestions on which cosmetic treatments could be explored in the future. Also had to fight just to get basic prescriptions for benzoyl peroxide and the doctor was very unwilling to renew our prescription for treclinac - a medication already currently being used for the back, with great effectiveness, not even for the face. She did not present arguments for it except “oh yes you might go in the sun, it’s very nice to go to the beach” (she herself seems to spend a LOT of time in the sun). Of course, we explained that we avoid the sun and wear SPF50. This clinic that charges 149€ for a “top class” dermatovenerologist also doesn’t allow the use of e-sveikata to prescribe medications online? Very odd, but that’s what the Dr. told us, as she filled out prescriptions by hand and we left with pieces of paper. Overall, if we hadn’t pushed for actual help, the appointment would have ended in 10 minutes. We would have left with no suggestions and no prescriptions. She barely glanced at my skin. The interior of the clinic has the typical look that is prized by all clinics in Lithuania - a cheap, copy and paste attempt at looking luxurious, while displaying sponsored products. That would be fine, if the services provided were of good quality. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. There’s still a long way to go until the aesthetic catches up to quality clinics abroad. P.S: anyone can leave reviews online. I suggest you read the negative reviews and see how many reactions/emojis there are to those. Not saying all the positive reviews are fake of course, but it’s good to have a balanced overview in life.

I booked a procedure clearly stating my symptoms. Clinic said they can do the procedure based on the symptoms . But when i came they said they cannot. But they still charge me for consultation to which i wouldn’t even went if i knew this beforehand. Based on consumer protection laws they have to clearly state all the conditions required so that they could provide the procedure which they clearly didn’t. After calling them and explaining they still refused to cooperate. Normal clinics don’t do this scam’y practice. Avoid this clinic as there are better ones who treat their clients with respect and don’t try to scam money out of you.
