I cannot recommend Dr. Vytenis Adomaitis highly enough. From the very first consultation through surgery and recovery, he was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. What stood out most was not his surgical expertise alone, but his kindness and genuine care for me, his patient. He took the time to answer every question, explain everything clearly, and made us feel completely confident throughout the entire process. It is rare to meet a physician who combines such outstanding technical skill with such warmth, compassion, and personal attention. Every interaction was a pleasure, and the level of care exceeded all expectations. We are incredibly grateful for Dr. Adomaitis and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone seeking a highly skilled and caring surgeon.

I recently visited a privat Northway Medical Centre in Vilnius for some tests and a surgery, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. On Monday, I had blood tests and an ECG, followed by surgery yesterday. Throughout the whole process, the doctors and nurses were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. They made me feel well looked after and comfortable at every stage. I truly appreciate the excellent service and care, and I would highly recommend this medical centre to anyone in need of medical treatment.

For a company with a presence in multiple countries, you’d think the people they hired for client-facing roles here would have basic training/skills, or at the very least respect and decency. Receptionist was okay. Doctor is a decent, competent professional. However, the person at the till seems to have never seen a non Lithuanian person before - and clearly despises them :) She asked me in Lithuanian to pay or register for blood tests. I responded in English (I’m shy when it comes to speaking LT, especially regarding medical or financial stuff!) that no, thank you, I’ll pay for the blood tests when I do them (I have a clinic close to my office that I prefer to go to). She was so REPULSED by my answer (is it because I’m a different race? is it because I don’t speak Lithuanian? who knows) that she rolled her eyes, grunted and huffed very loudly, turned around to look at her colleague (sat behind her), who then proceeded to also stare at me like I was the most shocking abomination they had ever seen. The rest of the process - using insurance, paying by card etc - was done with such disdain that it was clear I should never come back again. FYI, I’ve been to this clinic multiple times over the last 6 years. It’s a pattern, but it seems it’s only getting worse. Perhaps a good idea would be to train staff, teach them that there’s a whole world out there and Lithuanians aren’t the only people worthy of respect and human decency? We’re all trying to get by. P.S: there are several reviews detailing horrific experiences with gynaecologist Diana Jatužiene, dating back a few years… yet she’s still employed at Northway. Similar experiences with cashiers, dating back a few years too. What this tells you is that Northway doesn’t implement quality control or take reviews and patient experiences seriously. They’ll write a generic “we’re doing our best!” comment as a response and never follow up or implement any measures. Avoid.
