What impressed me the most was his ability to identify an issue within minutes—something that had previously been missed during consultations in the UK. I came for a second opinion, and it turned out to be absolutely the right decision. The level of attention, clarity in explanation, and confidence in diagnosis gave me real reassurance. Personnel was very professional, attentive, explained every step during, and what should I do or don’t do after the procedure. No excessive waiting, no hassle, quick, efficient and professional. Kudos, very well done! Even man at the cloak room asked what procedure should I attend and directed me where to go. Great employment of supporting staff!

The doctor was THE BEST I HAD Sabonytė-Balšaitienė ❤️ she gave me the best attention and makes me feel in home. But unfortunately the receptionists were so rude and disrespectful specially the receptionist who were on Saturday at 12:30 with black hair sitting in the first window exactly in front of the entrance, unfortunately I couldn’t see her name to be more specific, someone need to tell her something she can’t be like that forever, that was so inappropriate.
