Professional and respectful communication with a client. I went for a botox injections. Bought all three zones. Injections weren't rushed. Received one part and after a few weeks went for corrections. It's my first time using this kind of procedure. And I felt safe trusting it to people who know how to do their job ❤️

If you don’t mind paying like in posh Swiss 🇨🇭 clinic - this is your spot ! Or you can do instagram posts as well to show you are posh and can afford this clinic ( Litwa style ) :) Doc Check cost like 150-180 euro usually! They make new world order there - if you have cash you can be safe and healthy .. if you don’t well .. tough luck :) Don’t blame them ( supply and demand stuff - simply business ) it’s the corrupt governments allowed private clinics ! I visit once as was “free” hair check and after the visit of course they was pushing me like crazy to buy some extra treatments or at least some medicine from them .. for sure I did not ! Unfortunately I did finance this place true my wife as she needs to visit some doctors which apparently works only there .. :) and cash goes fast 💨 My personal opinion is .. just avoid or go in Swiss 🇨🇭 will be same or cheaper cost for sure ;)

I do not recommend this place! I bought the full course by paying the entire amount at once (~800 euros). I performed laser hair removal for several areas and after spending almost a year of my time and empty promises ("you need patience until you see the result") I realized that their promises that the hairs will not grow back were just a marketing trick to attract people for the best possible price in Riga. Since the month of April, I have been trying to find a compromise, for the return of the money, but they are trying to talk back and look for a solution to the fact that there was 1 x too long gap, and as a result, there is no effect! Which of course is complete nonsense! Also, you will not expect answers from them, only promises that they will call back, we will solve everything, etc. Before considering this place, think twice.

Booked a consultation, arrived to the clinic on time - it is open but nobody is there!??! No answers to the phone call. Would have been nice if you can call or write your clients in advance if have to move or cancel the appointment ((( We are all busy people, be kind please and respect your clients. Thank you.

Worst possible experience. Rude and unprofessional staff. After a visit (I left without a procedure), I have a suspicion than they not just even don't understand about GDPR, but also do not trust the quality of their medical devices. Also, as I was requested here, I spent my time on writing a letter straight to this email down here (manager of the clinic), and I even haven't received any response :))) So they even imitate care and reviews management.
