She always greets me warmly, and during the first procedure she dispelled all my fears about pain and discomfort (they always say that the alexandrite laser is more painful than the diode laser, but it turns out that people are wrong). I am unfortunately contributing to the negative reviews due to poor quality procedures and incompetent employees. The clinic does not draw conclusions and does not correct itself after the comments and problems given to them. I had a BBL procedure, it had no effect, after saying this for the first and only time - the clinic simply blocked me and did not say a word. Everyone makes mistakes, but the point is to learn something from them and improve the quality of services, unfortunately, the way of this clinic is to simply block a client who had a poor procedure. Their advertising and reality really have nothing to do with it, a waste of money and maximum unprofessionalism, this is the first time I have encountered such a poor clinic and look at the clients.
