I've had two treatments, and the results exceeded my expectations, as did the service. The staff is well-trained and clearly passionate about their work. They are qualified doctors and specialists. I also purchased hair and facial care products from them, and all the products are clinically proven. This is important to me. Overall, I highly recommend them.

In May of this year, I saw an ad for a special offer on lip contouring and decided to come in for the procedure. The clinic was holding a seminar/training that day, so the price for a model was quoted: 1 ml - €80. I was injected with 0.4 ml and given the remaining 0.6 ml, explaining that I could come back within a year (the product's shelf life after opening) to get the rest. They also told me to keep it in the refrigerator. I was very surprised that they gave me the product in person. I paid, but didn't receive a receipt for the service, as the money was transferred directly to the administrator's card. (Which is also odd.) This month, I decided to take advantage of the offer and get the remaining product. However, the administrator stated that I was responsible for the procedure, as they didn't know how exactly the product was stored or whether the storage guidelines (which no one had told me about initially) were followed. They simply told me, "Put it in the refrigerator." Now it turns out that storing the medication in a regular food refrigerator is fundamentally unprofessional. I consider this extremely unprofessional for a place that calls itself a clinic. Even if I came as a model, I paid for the service, which means I had the right to proper attention, respect, and, most importantly, to receive complete and accurate information about how to store the medication. The bottom line: I was left without the service I wanted, and without the medication—it will now have to be thrown out due to improper storage conditions, which the clinic staff themselves recommended. Perhaps I'm just unlucky, and they explain all the nuances to other clients. But I believe such mistakes are unacceptable for a clinic. ❗️I'll add to my review 👇🏼 The clinic's director contacted me this morning and offered a solution to this conflict. Thank you for responding so quickly and contacting the dissatisfied client 👍🏼
