Really nice place to relax and stay healthy

This place is so exclusive! You are welcomed by an amazing staff that definitely makes this place even more magical. The areas are well designed to make you feel at your ease. The thing I loved about AUM is that you can come here without thinking what to bring (except a bikini) and where you are going - they have everything prepared, from the vanity kit, beauty products to the fresh towels, slippers and even your personal shower mat. The products used for massages are personalized and very refined. The masseuses - very professional and willing to understand how to help you. The after tea ritual calms you and is really the best way to end the procedures. Already looking forward to coming back here.

Honestly super disappointing. Got given a voucher for this place before I gave birth to my daughter. Less than a year since I got it I went to try use it and was told it is no longer valid. I don’t know what other European country or abroad that gets away with offering such poor gift voucher terms. In Denmark legally it should be valid at least 3 years. Australia it’d be at least 3 years too. Seems like the company is just after money not offering fair customer service and focusing on looking after their clients.
