I want to express my endless gratitude to the clinic's specialists for the opportunity to finally see the world around me without glasses or contacts. I am delighted with the doctors' professionalism and their attitude towards patients. The surgery was quick and painless, and my vision improved significantly within a couple of hours that same day, with the discomfort disappearing within just an hour. I'm writing this review the day after the surgery and want to say that I finally have the beautiful vision I've always dreamed of. I also want to give special mention to the wonderful young woman at reception, whose attitude makes everyone feel at ease. She creates a comfortable, cozy atmosphere and pays special attention to everyone who comes to the clinic. She's a true gem who brings joy to everyone around her. I am very grateful to Dr. Rūta Gutauskienė for the professionally performed surgery! I can finally see without glasses and live a better, freer life! I recommend this professional, modest and empathetic doctor, in whose hands I simply feel calm and safe. Dr. Gutauskienė has also performed the surgery on my husband, and he is also very satisfied with the results. We feel grateful, we always come back here for preventive check-ups (3-5 years have passed since our surgeries in Vilnius) and we recommend the clinic and this doctor to others!

I do not recommend it due to a completely irresponsible attitude towards patients' time. I registered for a visit via e-health with a referral. In the registration comment, I wrote clearly and in black and white: "I want to get my eyes checked and get a prescription for glasses". The clinic confirmed the visit. I excused myself from work, burned fuel, arrived, and on the spot the administrator stated that with a referral they only check cataracts for free and I would have to pay. It turned out that they simply "forgot to inform me". The clinic did not take any responsibility. If you value your time and fuel, choose another institution that reads customer comments before confirming visits.

The receptionist's communication with patients is incorrect and very rude. She warns about the postponed operation almost the day before, moves it to other distant dates, does not warn about unforeseen changes, does not offer alternatives. You have to call and ask yourself, because the date of the operation and all the necessary information are your own business. When you arrive at the operation, a patient who walks poorly does not bother to get up from the chair and hand over the documents that need to be filled out, and the 3rd time she tells you to get up and approach the patient with canes. She offers a pill before the operation, but when you ask about the information why this medicine is necessary, she forgets any communication culture and says that there are other clinics. Everything happens here in Vilnius, not in some remote corner.... Therefore, if you want to have an operation in this particular clinic, it is better to choose the Kaunas department.
