Had a TLHR on Wednesday 4th March '26 everything from start to finish was top class. All staff were more than excellent and I was treated to a new level of care. Could not recommend this clinic highly enough..

Great Clinic. Professional staff. Have been here 3 times for minor surgeries (knees L. Bazaras and ankle G. Pocius). Both top class specialists. As for staff - also professional and helpful including nurses. Most staff speak English. All in one place - consultantions, blood test, surgery, after care etc. - One Stop Shop. Overnight stay included also if needed (depending on treatment) Hopefully I don't have to return any time soon but if will have to for whatever reason, this will be the crowd contacted 1st.

What can I say everything is a plus. Amazing staff, second to none facilities, great food, came for ACL surgery and couldn't be happier

I had a very distressing experience at this hospital in 2021, mainly due to the way I was treated by nursing staff after surgery. I woke up in severe pain and was extremely distressed. I repeatedly asked for help and tried to explain that I was in significant pain, but I was dismissed and not taken seriously. Staff made condescending comments about my distress, telling me to “be a man”. I asked for a doctor, and instead a nurse impersonated a doctor. I was then left to screaming pain for hours while the nurses were outside my room ignoring me. It turned out the anaesthetist failed to pick up on the fact I was on buprenorphine (I did tell him). The surgeon admitted afterwards that they would not have done the surgery "if they'd known", because all the post-op pain relief they could give me was "no better than water". I also woke up with an eye injury which was incredibly painful, so I assume that the anaesthetist also neglected to lubricate my eyes during surgery. This was intensely painful and confusing when coming around from surgery which was unrelated to my eye. Again this was not acknowledged or taken seriously by the post-op care team. I did subsequently complain about all of this to the hospital, and was simply brushed off, and no compensation offered. I tried to take this to the authorities in Lithuania but again met resistance and obstacles until I eventually had to give up. Overall, what upset me most was not just the pain, but the lack of empathy, dignity, and responsiveness from staff when I needed was most vulnerable. While the surgery was excellent, the post-op care was severely lacking. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to consider how this clinic handles post-operative support and deals with complaints.

This place is privat, it cost you to even have consultation, but ques are chaotic and even worst than in public hospital. Have expierence booking specific slot and coming to 100eur plus consultation but had to wait 2 hours just to see doctor. It ruins entire day, working day! Next time visiting after surgery in pain, forced to come in and wait for few hours. This place needs some sort of que management system implemented!
