I want to give the best feedback to B. Špakauskas, who operated on me!! I had a microdiscectomy performed at the Agatas Clinic in Kaunas. As for the staff, they are wonderful! Very helpful!! Almost every hour or even less they come to ask if everything is okay, if you want snacks, coffee, tea! The food is wonderful, you can choose what you want to eat! In the morning, the doctors visit, everyone is very kind, they ask about everything! I also got to talk to the manager. All the people working there are crazy wonderful! Kap family. Thank you for everything. The terrible pain is gone.. only the surgery site needs time to heal!

I do not recommend it. The clinic left a very bad impression. I went to the pain clinic for chronic leg pain, but instead of real help, I experienced indifferent communication, superficial consultations, and a complete lack of a treatment plan. During the visits (with B. Špakauskas, D. Stuka, L. Šalčiūnaitė-Nikonova, A. Mažeikaitė-Banevičienė, A. Kinderytė), the doctors performed examinations very indifferently. No clear diagnosis was provided, further actions and treatment alternatives were not explained. The same procedures were repeated, although I clearly informed them that they had already been performed before and had no effect. Information about the ineffectiveness of the drugs was also ignored. The communication of one doctor was rude and disrespectful. Consultations and worthless procedures cost hundreds, and the clinic shies away from any responsibility - such is the business of private clinics in Lithuania these days. When I filed an official complaint with the clinic for compensation, I received only a superficial, indifferent response, of course I did not receive compensation. The clinic ONLY defends its own interests and those of its doctors. Basically, it was suggested that “if you want, take legal action.” The clinic publicly declares attention to the patient, but you will not find empathy, listening, and professionalism here. I personally do not recommend it, especially to people suffering from chronic pain and looking for REAL help.
