I would like to thank the inpatient plastic surgery department at Bulovka with all my heart for the absolutely exceptional care. From the cleaning lady, to all the nurses, to the head of the department – ​​everyone was incredibly kind, professional and, above all, human. In an environment where the patient often finds himself in a very difficult life situation, the entire team was able to create a feeling of safety, calm and trust. A big thank you also goes to MUDr. Molitor, who operated on me. His professional approach, calm, empathy and humanity meant a lot to me. I felt that I was in the best hands. The nurses were amazing – kind, patient, always willing to help and encourage. Likewise, the other staff, including the cleaning ladies, contributed with their kindness to the fact that one felt dignified and in the care of people who truly care about patients. You can feel that they do their job with all their heart. I really appreciate their care, humanity and support. A sincere and big thank you to the entire department.

I would like to highly commend Dr. Babakalanova Madina. Last week at night she treated our daughter after a facial injury, who was sent from the Emergency to have a laceration stitched. Considering that the wound was deep in the area above the eye, across the eyebrows and onto the forehead, after a week it only looks like a scratch with a thin fingernail. On Monday, November 25th, I had the last stitches removed from my face. This amazing device has restored my faith in doctors. After going through the hands of two people who - one intentionally, the other perhaps out of negligence - not only did not solve a simple problem for me - re-excision of basal cell carcinoma on the wing of the nose, but also caused damage to my nose. I cried a lot of hot tears, many sleepless nights - before I got to this clinic. From the first day, I knew that I was in good hands. I had three procedures in the operating room, I spent many hours in a crowded waiting room... So, I can say with a clear conscience and great gratitude that I have only encountered professional performance and at the same time a warm human approach. I felt a significant overcrowding of patients in the waiting room, yet I have always witnessed only an empathetic approach from all the staff. I když jsme byli telefonicky objednaní, odmítli nás v pátek ve 13 hodin přijmout. Prý jsme měli přijít do 12, na což jsem nebyla upozorněná a tato informace není nikde uvedena. Čekárna prázdná a ordinační doba do 15 hodin. Navíc sestra dost nepříjemná. Lékařskou péči hodnotit nemohu, protože jsme se k ní vůbec nedostali. Vše ostatní otřes.
