Very non-standard behavior and responses to questions. Mrs. Krčmářová raised her voice. The doctor is nice and overall not one of those doctors who would like to sell at any price and he is so interesting, but he does not want to answer questions because it is a burden for him and he does not think that he is there to answer questions and explain procedures. However, he requires clients to sign that he has answered all their questions.
