Was scared about getting this procedure done but from the minute off getting in touch with Jana from clinic I felt reassured the communication was brilliant I’ve had procedure done and I’m very impressed with results even the after care is amazing definitely recommend dr badiba he was excellent

I had an upper eyelid surgery with Dr. Puls one week ago and I am very satisfied with the entire experience. Communication and preparation were excellent and, to my pleasant surprise, completely in German. The Medicom Clinic is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. I was quite anxious, but was welcomed in a very professional and warm manner and even supported by an interpreter. Dr. Puls explained everything clearly, appeared highly competent, and I immediately felt in good hands. The procedure went smoothly and took about 45 minutes. Post‑operative care was excellent, and one week later—after the stitches were removed—I already see a great result with only minor bruising left. I highly recommend Dr. Puls and the Medicom Clinic.

It's been a month since I visited this clinic. I thank all the staff of the clinic. Everyone was very kind. All the days of my stay at the clinic, I was surrounded by care and attention. Special thanks to surgeon Boris Jegorov. He is a real magician who has done a piece of jewelry that has exceeded all my expectations.

I’m sharing my story in the hope of saving someone else from going through what I’ve been through. I had a tummy tuck at Medicom Prague with Dr. Suk, and it has honestly been one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. The first surgery was not done correctly — I was left with obvious excess skin that should have been removed. I was devastated, but the clinic invited me back for a correction tummy tuck, and I tried to stay positive, hoping they would make things right. Sadly, the second procedure made everything worse. I was still left with loose skin, a horrendous uneven scar, and a belly button that looks like a hole in my stomach. When I got home, I started bleeding heavily from my belly button, which was terrifying. Because no drains were put in during surgery, I developed a seroma that got infected and eventually led to sepsis. I ended up extremely unwell and had to get urgent medical help back home. When I reached out to Medicom Prague for support, I was told that it was all my fault and that there was nothing more they could do. I felt completely abandoned and heartbroken after putting my trust, money, and hope into this clinic. This experience has left me both physically and emotionally scarred. If you are considering Medicom Prague, please think very carefully. And if you’re given Dr. Suk as your surgeon — refuse. I wish someone had warned me before I went, because I am now living every day with the consequences.

I became suicidal after dr tomas nadilak botched me , i just wanted some improvement before i became a bride next year and after i removed the cast i was horrified i still couldn’t believe how much damage was done in just one surgery i look absolutely terrible am ashamed to even go outside let alone work ,absolutely costed me my mental health im trying my best not to commit but i dont think i will be able not to. pls pls if there are young ladies with a future trying to book with him it might cost you your life bc he will botch you to the point you cant reverse it in a single surgery
