Since I have been living abroad for a long time, I chose the YES Visage clinic in Prague based on positive online reviews – and I can confirm that it was an excellent choice. From the very first email, the communication was pleasant, quick, and without any time restrictions. I received clear answers to all my questions. A big advantage was the possibility of an online consultation with MUDr. Věra Šatánková, during which I was thoroughly informed about the procedure as well as the potential risks. I underwent the preoperative examinations directly at the clinic, and it was then that I made the final decision to go ahead with the surgery. The clinic feels clean and welcoming, and the staff are kind and friendly, which gave me a great sense of confidence. On the day of the surgery, everyone treated me with such natural kindness and care that I felt as if I were going on a trip rather than undergoing a medical procedure. I would especially like to highlight the nurse who looked after me before the surgery – her approach was truly exceptional. MUDr. Věra Šatánková was pleasant, smiling, and professional throughout the entire process, providing me with all the necessary information. After the surgery, the night nurse cared for me with incredible attention and dedication, and I felt I was in very good hands. The result of the surgery is incredible! MUDr. Věra Šatánková managed to transform my original nose into a naturally looking, delicate nose that suits me perfectly. I could not have chosen a better doctor! My satisfaction is 100%, and I sincerely recommend the YES Visage clinic together with MUDr. Věra Šatánková to anyone considering rhinoplasty.

I had a liposuction procedure done at "yes visage" in May, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The procedure was quick and completely painless, which alleviated all my concerns beforehand. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and I now feel much more confident and happier with my body. The staff was generally friendly and professional, but I must mention that I was a bit bothered by the fact that the consultation was conducted solely in English instead of German. Although my English is good, I would have preferred communication in my native language to avoid any potential misunderstandings. Another minor point of criticism was the relatively long waiting time. It would have been nice to have better organization to reduce the waiting period. Nevertheless, the positive aspects outweighed my experience at "yes visage". The liposuction results are fantastic, and I'm glad I chose this clinic. I can definitely recommend it and extend my gratitude to the entire team for their effort and professionalism.

Very disappointing! I reached out to them requesting a consultation regarding a face lift on-line since I do not live in Czech Rep. and all I was told was to send my pictures in via email and that I'd be sent suggestions of dates for surgery... If they want to aspire to cater to international clientele one day they will certainly need to step up their game and customer service. Czech prices are lower than English but the difference is not that big that I'd accept such low level of customer service. This is definitely something to consider in both, Czech Rep. and Slovakia.

I'm not satisfied with the result of breast lift+augumentation with Dr Mrna. I was botched before and we agreed that DR will cut out my old scars from the botched surgery, will add implants to create more full look of the breasts after my weight loss. At the day of the surgery when we were confirming the size of the implants I emphasized that I don't care about the size as much as I care about the scars, my main motivation to undergo the surgery is to remove the ugly scars. After I woke up from the surgery DR informed that he couldn't remove the part of the scar on one breast, the rest was cut out. After approx 2 weeks when my wound dressing was removed I noticed that the scar wasn't removed on the second breast either. Why DR lied to me then that it was removed? The implants were placed way too high, creating a frankenboob(google it) look with all the implant sitting high like a hump and the lower pole is non existent. Moreover, one breast fell down over the implant, creating the waterfall deformity already, and it has only been 5 weeks so far. I was asking DR if the implants will drop and fluff, so it can fill out the lower pole, the DR said that no, he put it the way they can't drop. All I was left with is to wait 6 months with these ugly breasts and if I don't like them by then, we will think about it. I don't get why do I have to wait until it's healed if I don't like them and they are not likely to change. All this mess costed me more that 7 k EUR. I was on antihistamines for over a month as I had a horrible allergic reaction on smth used during the surgery. I'm still out of gym. And all of it to get this ugly result. Why didn't the DR tell me he can't cut out all the scars, so I would reconsider if I even need a surgery on these terms. I feel ugly and scammed. The clinic replies to my emails once a week after I paid. They didn't suggest any solutions besides some consultation with their laser clinic for scars treatment. These scars can't be treated by laser, this only can be removed with another surgery. Also, be careful with fat transfer. I did the fat transfer from my inner thighs to breasts, after the swelling after lipo subsided, I noticed that the fat was removed unevenly creating hollows on my inner thighs. It seems that the doctor took too much fat from the certain areas.
