Update after follow up visit. The doctor was very professional and did her best to amend the situation. She seemed to really care and explained her point of view. I appreciate a lot her engagement. She proposed next steps and we will see how this goes in some months. The consultation was free of charge. The staff was quite nice. Appointment easy to make either by phone or e-mail. However, my experience was not great. I did the procedure for dissolving the remains of hyaluronic acid in the upper lip. I asked for the cost on the spot, and the dr. said it will be 3000 czk. Into the right side of the lip, 4-5 injections were made, while just 1 or 2 injections into the left side. I asked why, the dr. said she feels like not more is needed into the left one, but let's see in 2 weeks if we need to repeat. Even visibly, it was obvious to me that the left side, comparing to the right, was left bigger. But decided to trust the expert. Little did I know, that they were gonna charge me another 1,500 czk for the second appointment. I only found this out when I was making the next appointment. For this reason I cancelled. I feel also that too much hyaluronidase was put into the right lip. Looks a bit like dried prune now, like even my natural substance destroyed.
