Very good experience. I had consultation and several mole removals in one go. Receptionist and medical staff are very kind. You can have coffee or water while waiting as well. Really recommended clinic

Excellent experience from start to finish. I booked at the last minute and chose this clinic based solely on Google reviews, so I was a bit unsure what to expect—but I’m very glad I did. The clinic is highly professional, spotless, and clearly well maintained. The staff are friendly, calm, and very quick--for example, replying to my email inquiry within minutes. The treatment itself was top-notch. An aide applied a numbing anesthetic and we waited about 45 minutes, which made this the least uncomfortable treatment I’ve ever had. The doctor was refreshingly honest and conservative—no overselling or pressure at all (if anything, I was the one asking for more). Her technique was clearly very skilled, and the results are excellent. I would absolutely recommend this clinic and would not hesitate to return.

Recently I was in consultation with Dr. Sukalovsky and he did some magic which I am feeling very good now. He is a professional and I did not see and bad behaviour from his and his assistant side to me as a foreigner as a general approach by other doctors in Czech republic. I am happy that we such professional and gentle doctors agains to the patients. Very satisfied. Thank you

Had 3 vbeam treatments. Little to no improvement. Each session i had a different doctor which I find unprofessional, no before and after photos were taken to track progress - and they would spend maximum 5 minutes treating me only to leave. Especially the last session was the worst, I think they 'beamed' me about 5 times and that was it. Severely disappointed and honestly a waste of money. Do not go here if you want to feel like youre being taken care of.

I went in for Botox in three areas - between my eyebrows, on my forehead, and around my eyes. I normally get about 55 doses total, but after my appointment I was told I received 50 doses between the eyebrows, 40 on the forehead, and 30 around the eyes (120 doses in total) - more than double my usual amount. When I raised concerns, they said it was standard procedure. A month later, an independent nurse estimated only about 40-50 doses were actually administered. I never lost movement between my eyebrows, and within two months the area was back to normal, despite their claims of 50 doses administered. Perhaps Esthé calculates doses differently, which would have been fine if I had results to show for it. Instead, I was charged €368 - essentially paying New Zealand prices for worse results in a country that should be much cheaper.
