The doctors are really nice and they seem very professional, BUT it is a nightmare to book an appointment (for the office in Prague). I have called month and a half before to book my next procedure and they told me that there are no places left for the whole month and that they are opening a new consulting room, so I should call at a certain day (in 2 weeks). I called on that day, the lady was sick and she wasn't working (which is totally fine, but some information on their website, FB page would have I have been appreciated). I called on the next work day, and the lady told me that I should call in 2 days, as they are not making appointments yet for the new consulting room. I did that and I already made more than 10 calls, 5 to 20 mins apart, and nobody is picking up. It was a bit challenging to book an appointment the previous times, but this is this is just crazy and really frustrating. I have never had that many difficulties to book an appointment. After my procedures are completed, I won't come back, just because of this booking issue. Or maybe I will return the vouchers that I got. Or if you want to train your patience and lose your time calling, you might like this place.

zero effect...promised great results,had to buy extra sessions and absolutely zero effect. Nice staff,but big Waste of money unfortunately.
