I would like to share my positive experience with rhinoplasty, which I underwent with Associate Professor Měšťák. I will be happy if I can help other women interested in rhinoplasty to overcome their fear and make a decision. I am completely satisfied with both the result and the doctor's approach. I really appreciate his human approach to patients, he is not only interested in the problem you come to him with, but also in your story and reasons. He gained my trust during the consultation with his empathy, kindness and ability to empathize, by the way he discussed everything with me and really explained it. It is almost unprecedented that despite his popularity he still remains such a modest and humble person and it is clear that patient satisfaction always comes first for him, unlike some other aesthetic surgeons who are primarily interested in profit. It is not for nothing that they say that plastic surgery is surgery of the Soul and therefore a plastic surgeon must also be a good psychologist. Associate Professor Měšťák is one of the few people who has the gift of healing both the body and the Soul, which is why he does much more for his patients than "just" correcting the shortcomings of the body. I am satisfied with the result of the operation itself, the doctor has a great aesthetic sense, he does not make a significant "artificial" change at first glance, but has the ability to see exactly what suits the face and emphasize the natural beauty of a woman. The postoperative course was without complications and completely painless. The stay at the Esthé clinic was pleasant, great care, nice environment and very kind staff.

MUDr. Jan Měšťák is the best doctor I have ever met. After I was attacked by the poor police officers at the ENT department of the General Hospital, I had swelling on my face that wouldn't go down, a displaced septum and I couldn't fit into my diving goggles. Motol Hospital after a 3-hour wait, finished in 10 minutes as an unchangeable condition, etc. I didn't want to reduce my nose so that I wouldn't end up like M. Jackson, only 1-3 mm on each side to the original state (the nose grows all my life, I understand), I'm big all over. MUDr. Jan Měšták removed two inconspicuous mini cartilages like fish scales in 4/2018. He muttered that he had never stitched such tough skin before. I was quite stressed about it, I almost couldn't fit on the couch with my 195cm height. The blood stopped flowing after 2 days. The effect was fundamental. After x years I can dive again, all my diving goggles fit. A major change for the better and I will always remember him as the best. Without a doubt best of best!

Horrible experience and ugly scars after surgery

Unfortunately, I do not recommend it. The nose is not symmetrical, when palpated, there are noticeable bumps on the hard part (I estimate 4 years after the operation). Please consider who you entrust to your care, in the case of aesthetic operations it matters a lot.

A complete failure. I had a rhinoplasty with him and it was a complete disaster. I spent a long time deciding which plastic surgeon to choose and in the end I chose Měšťák. Unfortunately, I later found out that he was just good at marketing than he was at skills. The consultation went exactly the same as mentioned in other reviews. He said, yes, the nose will be beautiful, it will be a simple operation, I will only do a minor correction and then I listened to a long story about him, how amazing he is, what he can do, what he could do, his youth and blah, blah, blah. Alas, when I asked a question about the operation. However, I thought to myself, maybe he was having a bad day, the main thing is that he can. Unfortunately, I should have trusted my instincts. I only wanted to correct the bump on my nose, nothing more, which he also confirmed to me that I don't even recognize it. I emphasized that I otherwise like my nose and big noses in general. And after the operation, a disaster, my nose at least half smaller and crooked. He completely disfigured my face. Instead of a nose, I have only a small ugly button with a slide and it is significantly crooked to the right. I look completely different. When you agree on something, you expect him to fulfill it. It's like if he made my breasts 2 sizes bigger than I asked for. Oh, and any complaints? No way, those are not possible. I would just repeat the stories in other reviews. Unfortunately, after consulting with other plastic surgeons, my nose is irreparable without the use of implants, so what can I say about that. Unfortunately, people make bad decisions in life and one of mine was choosing him to operate on me. In my opinion, he is an incompetent scumbag. He should hang up his job if things are not okay with him and stop ruining people's lives.
