I had a fantastic experience at Brandeis Clinic for my breast lift. I travelled to Prague from the UK, and everyone there was so helpful, making me feel completely at ease. I had a thorough and helpful consultation with my surgeon, Dr. Babakalanova, and felt reassured by her expertise and careful breakdown of what would happen during the surgery. When I woke up from general anaesthesia, the nurses were brilliant - they were incredibly friendly and sympathetic, offering support 24/7 during my stay. I'm so happy with the results, as it's such a natural lift and has made my breasts appear fuller and perkier. The recovery was straight-forward and I only really experienced discomfort on the first day. In the end, I decided not to have implants, even though I'd initially paid for these. The clinic very kindly refunded the cost for the implants, responding promptly to any queries I had during this process. A huge thank you to Kristina, who was so helpful with handling this! All in all, I would highly recommend Brandeis Clinic.

I am male, early 60s with little hair. I had researched a deep plane facelift and chosen Dr Lucie's Clinic for my operation. Post operation I can now say I certainly made the right decision. For anyone who is anxious on any level I can say that Dr Lucie was amazing. If only all doctors were so warm, reassuring and able to instill so much confidence. I dont think it is easy to take the decision to undergo surgery but I can say to those considering it, for me it was the right choice with the right very caring surgeon. The clinic is very modern and the rooms are nice and comfortable. The assistents and nurses are very professional and made my stay very pleasant. The doctor Lucie is very experienced and knows what shes doing. I came to the clinic with certain preferences and ideas about my implant choice, but the doctor really adviced me what is the best fit for my body type and the best for avoiding complications. I hope the healing will go smoothly, but so far I can the Brandeis Clinic and Dr.Kalinova only recommend.

I have mixed experience with the clinic. I an very satisfied with the Doctor Stefan Krivosudsky work and the results from surgery. I like how my nose looks, that’s great. However, correspondence was the worst experience in my life. Erika Nohejlová, the assistant with whom I communicated made my experience a nightmare! First, she responds wherever she is in mood and not when customers need her. I spent hours trying to reach her the day when they should remove stitches . I had to search other assistant, then she had to call her and we spent all day searching for Erica! On multiple occasions when I ask for something I got accused that it is my mistake that we misunderstood, although i always communicated with her all my plans in front.
