I can speak about my experience with BcD Clinic. Reception: Greeting and comfort was very professional and nice. Tereza was also super in her timely communication. I traveled from Dubai! The scheduling and confirmation of the appointment was flawless. I then came into contact with Michaela. She made me comfortable and was super in prepping me for the procedure. She was also very professional and attentive. I felt very comfortable in her presence. I was then introduced to Dr. Yvonne Bergova. A very pleasant experience, she gained my full confidence quickly. She first determined my expectations, then advised me what to expect. She did this very openly, her concern and care for me was clear. She then explained all details regarding what to expect regarding the procedure. There were no surprises, she just put me at complete ease. During the procedure she was highly professional, friendly and caring. I am thankful I chose this team. A very nice and competent team.

I went to the clinic with my four-year-old daughter just for the biostimulation laser and although we weren't exactly lucky for them and it's not a clinic specialized in children, everyone was incredibly sweet, pleasant every time we visited them out of 13 sessions. I highly recommend it, a truly professional clinic.
