The sense that one must tread carefully around the owner, due to her unpredictable reactions, diminishes the inviting nature that one hopes to find in a friendly business. Moreover, the way she interacts with patrons suggests a troubling sense of entitlement and superiority. It is crucial for business owners to embody professionalism and humility, as these qualities foster trust and loyalty among customers. Unfortunately, my observations indicate that Diana leans into a mentality that may be characterized as a "God complex," which ultimately alienates customers and undermines the strong community relationships that are vital for a business's success. Another significant concern I would like to address is the apparent disconnect between the feedback presented on Skin Solution's website and the experiences shared by various customers offline. A growing suspicion is that several of the positive reviews featured on the site may not be authentic. This perception is only reinforced by the decision to turn off comments on Skin Solution's YouTube channel. Many individuals rely on honest feedback from fellow patrons to make informed decisions, and transparency in reviews is essential for building credibility. The choice to disable comments might give the impression of avoiding constructive criticism, which could lead potential customers to question the authenticity of the praise being showcased. Given the current state of the establishment, I cannot recommend Skin Solution at this time.
