I had a really great experience at Vita Hospital in Sofia and I’m very satisfied with the service. Everything was handled in a professional, polite, and pleasant way, and the whole process went very smoothly. I would especially like to mention the lab technician, Bojana, who was extremely kind, polite, and professional. She made me feel very comfortable, and I honestly didn’t even feel it when she drew my blood. I can truly say I have never had such a positive experience before.

The traffic outside is horrible and unless you arrive with taxi or public transport, you will not have a good time. Otherwise the clinic is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a pharmacy on the other side of the hospital as well.

I have sent at least 3 emails now in the last few months enquiring about breast removal surgery and have never had them acknowledged. I spoke to a very helpful gentleman who also suggested that I email and again no reply. How are you supposed to contact anyone. ?🤔

Absolutely shameful behaviour! I want to make an examination in this so called hospital. I have orphanic disease with some meds restrictions and recommendations so I asked administrator if their doctors could make the diagnostic procedure or not. Administrator tried to connect me to 'doctors' but the connection had been failing multiple times and then administrator just hang up. Rude, unprofessional, disgusting, disrespectful attitude to (potential) patients, especially with special needs. You don't respect disabled people who need treatment too. Europen values? I don't think you ever heard about them!
