Plastic Surgery - Dr. Angel Enchev

Today's meeting with Dr. Enchev is proof of true professionalism, humane attitude and approach to each individual case! Qualifications such as "PR" or "advertising" do not apply to the concept of the frame of reference in which Dr. Enchev falls.

Been deceived and lied to, considering the prices, and the approach was quite humiliating and embarrassing, you don’t feel as if you’re being individually approached and respected, but as you’re just a “person who is going to pay an extremely high amount of money” and doesn’t matter what happens to you next. Never ever go there, especially if you’re not bulgarian, as they will deceive you without a shame.

Staff extremely rude and unprofessional, giving a bad image of Bulgarian people. The lady who answered the phone hung up on me twice and seemed extremely annoyed by my questions. When asked for availability, I only receive a cold text saying “Sorry, no availability” without any signature. For a surgeon that pretends to be one of the best in Bulgaria, some things need to be changed.

Terrible attitude from the team block people without giving a reason why terribly unprofessional for the surgeon I can just say he is a butcher has no approach and technique in surgeries takes expensive as if we are in America very bad and many problems after surgeries

I called asking for more information in English and the receptionist, hung up while we were talking and rejected all calls after that!!!
