I am extremely satisfied with the service! The procedure with Alexandrite laser was carried out very professionally and with attention to every detail. The blonde lady, unfortunately I don't know her name, did a perfect job – she explained everything in detail, gave very useful tips and made me feel calm and confident the whole time. It is obvious that she works with attitude and professionalism. I recommend with both hands!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my last visits. They don't answer the phone, they don't return calls, and the laser procedures are already beating them (you go in with hair and you leave with hair). I have been visiting prime esthetic for many years, but in recent months the quality of services has not been the same.
