Very good Only a short Queue,Saw a Doctor within a half an hour

I used this hospital after dislocating my shoulder from a fall. From entering the reception to being seen by a consultant took less than 5 minutes and that included having the paperwork filled out by an English speaking assistant. My visit included, consultation, X rays, resetting the shoulder, injections, prescriptions and a support sling...(€35)!!! My total bill was €116. Be aware that they charge in Euros, so have a credit/debit card handy. If you find yourself needing a hospital...this is a good one. It is worth noting that there are several different hospitals in the city and most are in the medical expenses scheme covered by the E111. I have a feeling that this hospital is not part of said scheme? But this is like a private hospital, so queues are minimal, whereas the other hospitals face chronic waiting times.

Let me say right away that the center's doctors are efficient and professional. My review is related to the administrators' work. The receptionists are "fixing the numbers" because they don't see the referral from my personal physician in the system, and are suggesting that I have a paid examination or contact my personal physician to "make sure he didn't forget to write a referral!" But the thing is, I had a blood test done the day before using the same referral, so the referral is in the system, and the lab saw it without any problems, unlike the center administrator. I stepped aside and dialed my personal physician's number (thankfully, I have one), but she didn't answer, of course—the person is busy, it's clear as day... that is, no one had changed anything in the system. And then, suddenly, the receptionist immediately saw my referral in the system. Incidentally, I wasn't the only one in line like this; several other people were told and offered the same thing in front of me. Potential patients—insist that the referral is there! Management, please clean up the mess with the administrators; they're ruining the medical center's reputation! I've never seen such shameful extortion schemes anywhere else.

Horrible service, how the hell is it possible that for 4 different checks like “ blood test, echo, covid-19 prior to a hospitalisation you always have to go to the same desk back and back and pay cash!! ( no cards) to the same company??? Reception awful ,some nurses and doctors are ok others not.
