The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Even if you don't speak Bulgarian, they'll answer questions, offer advice, and help you in Russian. I'll put exclamation marks after every word. I'm very pleased and recommend them to all sailors.

I had a naval medical examination. The staff was polite and responsive, the process was quick and easy. The tests were just across the street!

If there was a minus 10 rating, it still wouldn't be enough for the attitude of the reception staff! So incompetent and clumsy...complete wretched people!!!
