Hi this is the English man who showed up with severe petrol burns to his arms and face on 05/05/2026. I want to personally thank the doctor and the two nurses who treated me within 5 seconds of walking through the door. (I had to wait 2 hours when I finally got back to the uk yesterday) You guys probably saved my life and have stopped me getting a serious infection! The hospital staff at the UK said you did everything correctly! I can’t thank you enough!

This hospital must be closed. I had the worse experience in my life. Went there with an ambulance after calling 112 with very sick child - it turned out pneumonia. We were placed in a room with other sick kids. No beds for the moms or place to rest; no toilet paper; no soap. The staff was horrible. A nurse yelling at me why I didn't call her when ...bla bla bla ... some medication had finished. She has never asked me to call her in first place. No one ever told me anything. And is it my job to leave me sick child and go find the nurse to remind her to do her job? Rude, uncivilized, disgusting behavior. Telling the kids that they are spoiled when the kids were in pain, crying because of the injections. Yelling to the kids: no, you're not in pain, it is not possible, you're imagining and making up stuff. One of the kids got brused, swollen arm because of the needle but the nurse was saying that's not possible. Then she blamed the child that he was moving too much and it was his fault. Ridiculous behavior! Ridiculous hospital - it's not a hospital. It's a horror movie. I don't know how it is possible that a place like this can operate and stay open. Run! Run! Run away!

Their arrogant incompetence and ignorance would have killed me, had I not checked myself out of there and gone to a private hospital. DO NOT ENTER, if you value your life. First, the person who I talked to trying to get checked in started yelling at me and trying to kick me out of there because I didn't have national health coverage (which I never will since a few years earlier another hospital killed my mother by telling her she couldn't breathe because she was just stressed, when in fact a few months later she was diagnosed by someone else with a stage 4 lung cancer and died a year later). Finally they accepted me when they realized I was sent there by one of their doctors. I told them that I haven't been able to eat for 10 days. I couldn't swallow and if I did I'd throw it up immediately. They put me on an IV. The next day after feeling even worse, I asked what does the IV contain, they said just saline. Again I explained my eating situation, they said, just put food in your mouth and eat. As if they've never even heard of people being so sick they are unable to eat. On top of that I told them that even in perfect health I have a genetic condition which makes it impossible to eat anything else except meat, eggs and butter. So even if I could eat I couldn't eat the bread and beans they serve, as that would make me even sicker. They didn't care at all. The nurse left a big bruise on my arm trying to get the needle in, even though my vein is clearly visible. Then she had me pump my arm for too long so when she inserted the needle, it started spraying blood all over the bed and I slept in the bloody bedsheets all night. No toilet paper in the toilets, no showers available. I gave them an ultrasound image taken the previous day in another hospital, they forced me to take another and pay them a lot of money for it, something absolutely unnecessary. I spent 250 euros for an overnight stay and left the next day for a private medical center in Sunny Beach where I was fed through an IV and brought back to life. This "hospital" should be closed down and at least some of the "doctors" never allowed to work again in the medical field. Killers. Absolute nightmare. In the lobby they prominently display a funeral services company's phone number...

WARNING – DO NOT GIVE BIRTH HERE. I gave birth in this hospital and was treated worse than an animal. I was 6cm in labor when they forced me to sign documents in Bulgarian without explaining anything. They denied my boyfriend entry and left me alone for hours. Doctors and nurses were rude, shouted at me, and performed extremely painful procedures (breaking my water, cutting, stitching) without anesthesia or proper consent.‼️‼️ I was tied to the gynecology chair and stitched while screaming in pain‼️‼️. They gave me the wrong type of stitches (non-dissolvable inside), and I had to get them removed in another hospital. Many women I spoke to there said the same happened to them — tied down, no pain relief, forced procedures, ignored. This is NOT just bad care. This is abuse, neglect, and a violation of human rights. I am still traumatized and will be filing a complaint with the Bulgarian Ministry of Health. If you care about your life or your baby’s, stay away from this hospital. Experiencing all this at 18 years old will be for me a lifetime trauma I wish from my heart that i could sue the hospital one day
