Quttainah Specialized Hospital

I am soooo happy with my whole experience at Quttainah Specialized Hospital. I was greeted by Sarah whom took me through thr whole process with a smile and light sense of humour (which is exactly what I needed since I'm not a fan of aesthetic procedures). Dr. Orabi has yet again done his magic and in minutes my face felt refreshed. I have to say, for someone who has low pain tolerance, his technique is truly amazing, I was surprised with how swift and light my botox, lip fillers and hydration procedure went. I will be coming again and again :)

Well, it was a very good experience from the starting reception to the surgery period. The hospital nurses were very humble and well-experienced, and especially my doctor, Alexander. I'm very happy with them; his experience is awesome.

I would like to give a big thanks to Dr. Khaled Moussa for such an amazing result with my Septo-rhinoplasty. I had a very crooked nose and deviated septum and his brilliant work and attention to detail made my nose beautiful again. His care and post op follow ups is also excellent service and made me feel at ease that he is always there for you when you need. I’m so in love with my result. Also the nursing staff were so attentive and kind during my stay here. I felt relaxed and taken care of from the moment I entered the hospital. His coordinator and assistant Rajaa is also so kind and helpful. Always quick to answer any questions you may have and her support during the whole process was incredible. So thank you to everyone at Quttainah Specialized Hospital. I would recommend Dr. Moussa to anyone and everyone for his skilled work and all the staff for their hospitality and professionalism.

I came across an advertisement for one of Dr. Khaled’s procedures and requested to see examples of his previous work in order to evaluate the results. Instead of providing this information remotely, I was contacted by the consultant, Raja, and invited to attend an in-person consultation. During the visit, I was informed that there is a consultation fee, which was required in order to see the doctor’s work. As a result, access to basic before-and-after examples was only provided within a paid consultation. This approach raises questions about transparency, as such materials are typically shared in advance to help patients make informed decisions. Overall, the experience felt more structured around paid consultations than around providing initial information to prospective patients, which may not align with expectations for open and accessible communication.
