I genuinely cannot put into words how amazing Aisha (Laser) is and how incredible my experience has been at this clinic. I’ve been doing laser for almost 8 years, so I’ve tried different clinics and machines over the years, and el7amdillah and MASHALLAH, this is honestly one of the best results I’ve ever seen. The difference was noticeable, and that says a lot considering how long I’ve been doing laser. Aisha is beyond professional, sweet, patient, and makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. She pays attention to EVERYYYYYYYY detail, explains everything properly, and truly cares about her clients and their results. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it reflects in her work and the way she treats people. What also stands out is the overall service at the clinic. Everything is clean, organized, welcoming, and the staff are always so kind and accommodating. The whole experience feels comfortable and professional every single time. There are honestly so many clinics closer to my house, but I still choose to drive all the way here because the quality, service, and results are absolutely worth it. I highly, highly recommend Aisha to anyone thinking about starting laser or even anyone who has tried laser before and hasn’t seen proper results. This place is truly different!

I had such a great experience with Dr Wael. I initially went in for Botox but wasn’t sure what kind of filler I needed to properly balance my face. He gave really honest, thoughtful advice and took the time to explain what would actually suit me best rather than pushing anything unnecessary. It made me feel so much more confident in the decisions we made, and the results reflect that. Also a big thank you to Lenie for being so lovely and supportive throughout the whole process —she really made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Hobbs Clinic for being so lovely and kind during my treatment today. From the moment I arrived, the reception team were so welcoming and even helped me sort out my parking - such a thoughtful touch. The nurse was incredibly kind and reassuring, which really helped me feel at ease, and Dr. Wael was excellent - professional, attentive, and very skilled. Everything was handled so smoothly and efficiently. I really appreciated the care and warmth from the whole team - it made such a difference.

I visited this clinic for laser, a minor cosmetic concern, I first started with a professional technician and when I booked for another appointment they assigned another technician claiming she’s as good, that session resulted in a burn on my neck and face they claimed my skin was just sensitive and it’s not a burn, however the area kept getting darker and darker(clearly a burn when referenced to a dermatologist). What should have been a simple procedure led to further complications instead of improvement. Ever since I’ve been trying to treat the area but burns are very visible. This has been both physically and emotionally distressing, and I expected a higher standard of care, especially regarding safety and proper technique. I strongly recommend better precaution, clearer communication, and more careful handling of treatments to prevent this from happening to others.

I had been coming to this clinic for laser hair removal before and was satisfied, but my last experience was extremely disappointing. Their new therapist was very unprofessional, made rude comments, and repeatedly went over my face in a way that almost caused burns. It was painful, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. When I contacted the clinic to complain, they simply read my message and ignored it. No apology, no follow-up, nothing. This shows a complete lack of care for patient safety and customer service. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
