My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing from the very first impression. I arrived on time for my appointment and was initially welcomed by two ladies at the main reception. After informing them that I had an appointment with Dr. Maliha, I was asked to go upstairs as the doctor was supposedly waiting for me. However, when I went upstairs, the entire floor was empty. I checked every room and there was no one there. I had to return downstairs, where the same staff again instructed me to go upstairs and wait for the doctor. Approximately five minutes later, Dr. Maliha arrived. Unfortunately, there was no greeting or professional welcome. She simply said come and immediately asked what I wanted. I clearly explained that I was specifically interested in under-eye salmon DNA injections, as recommended by my doctor. I also asked which brand she uses. She informed me that the product was Rejuran I and then offered me a “special price” if I pay full today of AED 2,000 for three sessions, stating that the offer was valid for that day only. I informed her that I wanted time to think about it and would get back to her. Two days later, I contacted the clinic again and requested a photo of the exact product that would be injected under my eyes before booking the appointment. After some hesitation and after initially sending different photos, they finally sent an image of the actual injection product. To my surprise, it appeared to have nothing to do with salmon DNA, which was the specific treatment I had originally requested. When I contacted Dr. Maliha for clarification and pointed out that the product did not contain salmon DNA, her response was that it would still help and that they had other brands available, but at a much higher price. This was extremely concerning, as I had been very clear from the beginning about the specific treatment I wanted. As someone without a medical background, trust and transparency are extremely important. Offering a different product than what was originally discussed, without clearly explaining it, significantly affected my confidence in the clinic. When I tried to ask further questions to better understand the procedure, her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She told me to speak to management instead and was rude throughout the conversation. Overall, this experience left me feeling misled and uncomfortable. Professional communication, transparency, and patient trust are essential in any medical or aesthetic setting, and unfortunately, this clinic failed to meet those basic standards.

Did botox on April 10th with Dr Maliha Dar today after 14 days no results at all , for touch up you need to pay so basically no enough units first time just to generate more income I do not recommend it don’t waste your time and money
