I had an amazing experience with Manza during my laser hair removal session. She’s not only skilled, but also very professional and gentle, which made the whole treatment really comfortable. She explained everything step by step, constantly checked on me, and made sure I felt relaxed the entire time. The results turned out so much better than I expected—super precise and clean. Plus, her warm and friendly personality made the visit even more enjoyable. The clinic’s reception staff were also very welcoming. Honestly, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I had my breast augmentation done with Dr. Sanjay, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. His work was excellent, and his professionalism was outstanding. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and advised me in line with my preferences. The hospital was very clean, and the nursing staff were attentive, checking on me throughout the night with a positive and friendly attitude. Jessica, the consultant, was incredibly experienced and understood exactly what I wanted and how I might feel after the surgery. Although I was extremely nervous, the entire team took excellent care of me—especially with the post-op process. The pain management was well thought out and perfectly tailored, which I truly appreciated as I don’t take such matters lightly. I also had constant WhatsApp communication, which gave me reassurance and support. I am beyond grateful for such beautiful results and highly recommend Dr. Sanjay and his team.

The experience under Cocoona clinic with Dr Sanjay and all his staff has been amazing from start to finish. My nurse Mini has been so kind and caring throughout and helped me to feel safe and not anxious about the procedure. I felt confident in the treatment and care I have received. Would highly highly urge anyone considering going to this clinic to reconsider. After causing scarring on my body and FACE from technician error and a broken machine, I have been in an ongoing hellish attempt to get money back for sessions that are unused, as obviously I will not be going back to the place that harmed me. The administration just shifts blame around and at first tried to refund me less than what I paid, by making up lies about rules and regulations that weren’t accurate. They tried to get me to sign a dodgy document, and now are just ignoring my texts and calls, it’s been 2 weeks where they’ve just decided to ignore me instead of finding a resolution or solution. I have never come across such a lack of professionalism. I have been in this process for 3 months now and they’ve basically stolen from me as they refuse to give my money back or engage in any further communication. So truly, please for your own health and sanity go to another clinic. It’s not worth it.

I’ve been doing at this clinic hydrafacial, prophilo and salmon. I’ve asked before coming how long the hydrafacial will take, they said 45mins -1 hour, which is good and normal,but when I came it was like less than half an hour, and 10 mins we were removing make up, 10 mins hydrafacial and 7 mins face mask. Normally hydrafacial is different stages with different power and serums, but it was super quick. Then lady asked me to pay in advance before I did my treatments. When we were doing the injections I specifically asked to open the box of prophilo in front of me, but she DIDNT, and when I mentioned she laughed. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic
