Dr. Gabriel Saab performed my rhinoplasty 8 days ago (still very swollen) and the results have left me completely speechless. Worst customer service. I had consultation with Dr Gabriel and asked to see more photos of rhinoplasty that are similar to my procedure and nose. I was given a second appointment to see more photos and evidence of successful procedures. And after i reach I wait for 50 mins, and then am told by the doctor that cannot show me more photos. They manage to bring out more photos only after I left the clinic. When I made a complaint, Samar sarcastically said “sorry for wasting your time madam”. It is my basic right to see as many evidence as i need to make me feel comfortable to make a decision as big as rhinoplasty. Although Rawaa was actually nice and did all she can to let me leave happy, i only wished it was coordinated better with the doctor.
