Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi‎

I highly recommend Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. The facility itself is a state of art. It's very clean. The staffs are very knowledgeable and courteous. The doctors (special mention to Dr Rashmi Kumar and Dr Malini Sharma) and nurses are excellent in their field of work. Though the doctors schedules is a bit tight its understandable because of the demands. They have an app that requesting for meds, appointments and even seeing lab results very convenient.

Superb service and well experienced medical staff. My family and I would like to thank Dr. Waleed Hassan for his dedication and professionalism. Also, a big thank you to Dr. Timothy from the emergency. He was very helpful and attentive.

My family and I would like to express our deepest gratitude for the outstanding treatment and care that our loved one received during their recent stay at Cleveland Clinic! From the moment we arrived, every single member of the hospital team treated us with kindness, respectful and professionalism. The doctors were thorough, professional and kind - always providing clear, compassionate explanations and making us feel confident in the treatment plan., during a clearly difficult period. The nurses were truly exceptional - always attentive, patient, diligent and caring. They were quick to respond to any needs, no matter how big or small, and brought a sense of comfort and reassurance during a very stressful time. The administrative staff made everything smooth and stress-free, from admission to discharge. We also want to acknowledge other hospital staff - the security team, who were courteous and helpful; and the catering staff, who not only provided nutritious meals, but thoughtfully prepared and accommodated dietary needs with care. Even the cleaning staff made a huge impact! The hospital as a whole, and the patient rooms specifically, were kept spotless throughout our stay and their presence was always respectful and professional. Every hospital personnel we encountered, was dedicated to providing the best possible experience. It is rare to see such consistent excellence across all departments, and it speaks volumes about the hospital culture and commitment to patient care. Thank you to the entire Cleveland Clinic team for going above and beyond! You truly made a difference!

While the institution is well established, my experience was below expectations. I arrived on time with my 6-year-old son but had to wait for approximately one hour. The consultation itself felt rushed, lasting around five minutes. When I asked the doctor whether I should be concerned about my son’s condition, the doctor responded briefly using medical terminology and mentioned literally: I should be the one concerned about my equipment as your son is touching it while he was busy typing and absolutely not engaged or interested. After requesting clarification, a nurse was asked to translate into Arabic, which I found uncomfortable and impersonal as my issue was not the language barrier rather than an understandable simple language not medical. Overall, the interaction felt hurried, and I would have appreciated more engagement, explanation, and time dedicated to addressing my concerns.

From bottom to top big dissapointment I would say for my experience with cleveland clinic. In the begining they overwhelm you with endless questions and details while arranging the visit. Notifications coming from everywhere, in every tiny step another thing. Then you would think at least they are attentive when it matters. Well they are absolutely not. I went to dermatology and got the diagnosis of flee bites. Without any test without listening my explaination on how flee bites can hardly be the case. On top of that its frustrating to be reminded on insurance not covering the treatment if the diagnosis is “cosmetic” related. After a visitor tells you about his health complaint if you are saying this you have no idea of the business you are working in.
