I had a HydraFacial with Dermapen treatment today with Jelene, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She’s incredibly detailed, gentle, and you can really feel that she works with genuine care. I loved how she explained every step and every product she used, She made sure I was always comfortable and relaxed. Her positive attitude, warm smile, and professional approach made the whole experience even better. Honestly, her work is outstanding and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality facial treatments.

This was honestly one of the most disappointing clinic visits I’ve ever had. The place looks extremely old and outdated, and some corners had a disturbing, stinky smell that made me question the hygiene. Dr. Asma was just okay. Very average explanations and zero sense of sincere care or reassurance. It felt rushed and impersonal. The biggest issue was a staff member named Selma. She is clearly not a nurse, and her behavior was shockingly unprofessional. She applied the anesthetic cream without telling me what she was doing, was rude and dismissive, and did not respect patient privacy at all by keeping the door open every single time. The entire interaction was uncomfortable and unacceptable. Such horrible manners. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. There are many better, more professional options out there.
