Great location and very easy to get to. The place is professional, clean, and well maintained. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable right away. The treatments were excellent and really high quality. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Ren Clinic with Dr. Jan for Ultraformer and Volnewmer treatments—absolutely love the results! The clinic is professional, private, and truly luxurious, offering a top-tier experience. The staff are friendly and speak excellent English, making communication smooth and easy. Plus, they have convenient parking, which is a huge plus. If you're looking for high-quality aesthetic treatments in a premium setting, this is the place to go! Highly recommend.

Came to get a ultraformer iii done, the staff and drs are very informative, lovely and welcoming. Did not try to upsell me anything. They listened to my concerns and came up with a plan that was suited to me. The clinic is beautiful and clean. I would come back for other treatments in the future :)

The customer service is ok but I spent 2.5hours only to do Ultraformer , I came at 1.30pm and met the doctor at 2pm , putting numbing cream at 2.15pm and waited until 4 pm plus. Doctor is great but they did other customers instead and letting me waited in the room that long. horrible.

I came in for my appointment at 12pm, talked to the doctor at 12:15, numbing cream on at 12:20 then.... left in a room to rot for two hours, lol. Eventually, I got up, wiped off the cream and walked out. Truly strange experience. They could be amazing at what they do, but I'll never know. A waste of an afternoon :(:(:(
