I recently received care at the Diabetes, Endocrine and Kidney Centre at Bangkok Hospital and felt compelled to write a review. From the moment I walked in, every single staff member was caring, attentive and highly professional. The doctor were incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly — no rushing, no dismissing concerns, just genuine, detailed care. The nursing team and support staff were equally wonderful. Calm, organised and genuinely kind. You can feel that patient wellbeing is the priority. Most importantly, the outcomes have been very positive. I left feeling reassured, informed and confident in the treatment plan moving forward. If you’re looking for expert endocrine or kidney care delivered with professionalism and heart, I would highly recommend this centre. Thank you to the entire team.

I cannot thank the doctors, nurses and staff enough for the care and kindness I received during my stay in Phuket Bangkok hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with compassion, respect and genuine concern. Every member of the team made me feel supported, reassured and safe while going through surgery and recovery. The nurses were incredibly patient and caring, always checking on me and helping me through the pain and fear. The doctors and surgeons and the entire medical team took the time to explain everything clearly with compassion and gave me confidence that I was in the best hands possible. I was admitted to Bangkok Hospital Phuket and stayed in Room 550 at Building 5B. Overall, my experience was very positive. The room was excellent—very spacious, new, clean, and comfortable. It truly met the standards of a premium hospital and helped me feel relaxed during my stay. I would also like to especially compliment the nurses at this ward. They were highly professional, attentive, and caring throughout my hospitalization. Their kindness and dedication made a significant difference and gave me great confidence as a patient. However, I would like to share one suggestion for improvement regarding service attention. Upon arrival, a female staff member guided me to my room, but there was no offer or arrangement for assistance with carrying my luggage. As a patient, having to manage and carry my own belongings made me feel that patients are expected to handle everything themselves. For a hospital that strongly emphasizes service excellence, I believe proactive assistance with luggage—such as offering a male staff member or porter support—should be part of the patient experience. Without this, the situation felt somewhat unacceptable for a service-oriented hospital of this level. Otherwise i will score 5 stars. Overall, I am satisfied with the medical care, room quality, and nursing service, and I hope this feedback can help further enhance the patient experience in the future.
