I went to the clinic today and was very impressed. The staff are very friendly and professional. They did nice things like provide a cute water tray when waiting. The doctor was very good at the laser hair removal and made sure I was comfortable. Also she spent alot of time making sure the area was completed. I am looking forward to going back for more treatments!

I was visiting Chiang Mai and about to go home, didn't want to go to Bangkok for injections, so I looked for a clinic in Chiang Mai. I found this one, saw the good reviews, and booked an appointment that same day. I got filler injected into my temples, sunken cheeks, and jawline. The doctor (a woman) was very gentle and meticulous, carefully adding the filler. My face looks so much softer now. I love it! I've been disappointed with cheek fillers elsewhere before, where my cheeks looked uneven – not just lumpy to the touch, but visible in photos. But not here! It's been two days, and there's no bruising or swelling. The first day, my temples just felt a little tight when chewing. This is genuinely good, not an exaggeration. It's even better than some well-known clinics in Bangkok that I've been to.

I was quite unimpressed. This was my first time having a procedure done here. I chose this clinic because I thought their lip filler shapes were better than others. However, there was no pre-procedure consultation with the doctor to plan or discuss my needs. Upon arrival, I only spoke with the front desk staff; there was no prior consultation with the doctor, which I found very confusing. It felt rushed. This kind of procedure should be done more thoroughly.
