An overall fabulous experience at Ponsarin Spa. As soon as you enter the spa, you can feel the calmness of the place and professionalism of the staffs. I had two treatments done and was truly impressed by their services. I left the spa feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended.

Absolutely divine from the moment I walked in ✨ The most beautiful pink and gold luxury space, with the most calming, welcoming energy. I treated myself for my birthday and honestly had one of the best spa experiences of my life. The Jet Lag Recovery IV Drip left me feeling so refreshed, energised and alive again after travelling and the massage… WOW. Truly the most incredible massage I have ever had pure magic from start to finish. I floated out of there. Finished with the most luxurious 24-karat gold facial that left my skin absolutely glowing and feeling like silk. Every little detail felt indulgent, relaxing and so thoughtfully done. If you’re wanting the ultimate self care experience, this place is an absolute dream. I already can’t wait to come back ✨🤍

Amazing decor, super clean, relaxing, and with very traditional cultural elements. When you walk-in there is a sense of peace and relaxation. The staff were all professional, friendly, and courteous. The massage rooms were private, tranquil, and clean. We had a 2-hour 3 type massage including scrubbing. After scrubbing, they let us take shower and provided additional towels and replacement one-time undergarment. Yes the rooms have private toilet and shower, which was amazing because we were hot and sweaty from the journey. When we were showering, they replaced the sheets and covers again to whole new sets - this is how you know that they take hygiene and aromatics extremely seriously (I chose 2 different aromas for the scrubbing and the Thai). Additionally the masseuses were professional and silent the entire time unless had a request or asked us to turn. I've had Thai massages in other places where they chatted in Thai and giggled the whole time. Not this place. I had a smile on my face the entire time and for hours afterwards. I'd come back again.

Lovely place! They greeted us at the door and had set out slippers and a box for us to put our shoes in. They were very kind and respectful the entire time! They had us fill out a form before we started our IV treatment. They gave us tea, mango jelly and a damp cloth before our treatment. For the IV drip, the staff was very attentive and the doctor was very kind! It was my first ever IV treatment so I was a bit nervous, but the doctor was extremely gentle and it didn’t hurt at all! A member of their staff stayed in the room with us in case we needed any help during our treatment. After we were done, we got some complementary coconut ice cream and hot tea. Amazing experience! Would definitely recommend if you want an upscale spa experience. The interior design and music selection is fantastic.

It was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. My body feels so much better, it's like my bones and muscles are thanking me. I could easily justify a trip to Chiang Mai just for this treatment. The spa's interior is beautifully designed and the service is impeccable. and pick-up service was also good.
