I went to doctor Kim for botox on my glabella. The office block did not have electricity so the doctor let me know before arriving. No problem for me cause I did not need any machines. Just a syringe and the doctor’s expertise. It was hot so they gave me 2 battery fans. Which was perfect. I got 16 units of Aestox for 1690. And also Neobella in my arms. One bottle on each arm 2590 each bottle. Treatment time was 22 min. I will come back for a second session of Neobella in a few weeks. I’ve used it before on my face, so I know Neobella works. I liked the injections were painless and the doctor spoke good English. Neobella leaves little bumps, but nothing dramatic. The doctor will do the treatments you request. No upselling just super nice service. The clinic has a card machine, so you can using a credit card (no extra charge) I’ve gone to many other clinics and they normally charge extra for cc payment. So I love Lumina does not charge extra!

I love this clinic. Everything about it is easy and reassuring -- friendly staff, a very straightforward process, no upselling, and Dr. Kim is great. I’ve been twice and both times I was in and out so fast and didn’t feel stressed or nervous once. I had Botox for my brows a few months ago and the results were super natural but definitely still there. I just had cfu elife and the process was painless and so fast, I’m excited to see the results :)

This is a state-of-the-art facility with highly trained assistant staff and a skilled doctor. She was a good listener, gave useful insight during the decision making process and was remarkably non-pushy on the Botox procedure. I was cautioned to not grade the outcome for a few weeks. I went back 3 weeks later to touch-up a couple of spots that I wasn't happy with. Now, 1 month later, I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. It looks natural and essentially invisible. I didn't know what I could expect until now. I highly recommend it!

A wonderful clinic and very skilled team. Dr Kim worked her magic on my face and I’m really impressed with the results! Very natural :) I visited whilst I was on holiday and I was a little nervous but definitely glad I put my trust in Dr Kim.
