Review of my positive experience at Face Medical Clinic. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing complete information without making false promises. Dr. Taew was lovely and kind, answering all my questions until I felt relieved. The results exceeded my expectations; my face looks so much better now. Thank you to Dr. Taew and the entire team! Suggestions are welcome, but please don't try to push sales. It's a waste of customers. It makes people feel uncomfortable and awkward. Sometimes we just want to inquire beforehand. We're planning to do it in about two months. We won't accept that. We'll proceed when it's convenient. #Don't try to get customers to transfer the full amount upfront when "the customer is just inquiring about details." It's very uncomfortable. A deposit is tolerable, but... asking for the full amount upfront? No, not yet. I'm planning to do it in two months, but asking for a full payment upfront? #That's unacceptable. #Surgical case There are so many beauty clinics now, so customers have many choices. Clinic owners, please train your staff on how to sell promotions to retain customers.
